Awesome tunes. Just need to learn them.
I'm loving the new Lincoln Hilton "Shadow" Chanter. Although I'm not in a band I enjoy picking it up at home to brush up on tunes and technique. The tuning is very accurate as stated and the tone is nice. I particularly enjoy getting the wee tips and tricks to do with practice, tricky phrases, even pipe maintenance. Got a free tune download too. Plenty to keep inspired on the piping journey! Thanks again, Patrick Martin, Ireland.
Modern Piping - Lincoln Hilton Just love this practice chanter, not only does it look good, feel good, the packaging and presentation is excellent as is the sound and tone, I have been playing for 60 years and this is inspirational, can definitely recommend this product, yes it's not cheap but what price can you put on quality, well done Lincoln Hilton and Team.
I love my chanter. It sounds great and is easy to play. 10/10 would recommend. Lincoln knows how to build a chanter!
Now I’ve sat down and had a proper play with my new chanter I can honestly say it is better than I expected. Good sound and easy to blow makes it a nice blow getting through new tunes. I recommend this chanter to anyone who is ageless in their journey to pipe and play good music. David Brown
Good quality, however too thick in my opinion. Makes it harder then other brands to tighten joints as it is unsuitable for minor adjustments and more likely to slip to the bottom causing you to spend more time trying to get it right
Excellent tone, quality, and and service. Feels very comfortable in your hands.
I'm all for what you have done and are doing and enjoy following you, I just wish I was 70yrs younger.
Thanks for asking. First, the good news!
1. I love the look of it
2. I love that there is never a squeak!
3. I love that moisture is so well handled.
4. I love that it is always in tune
Now the bad news!
1. I don't like that I can't play it very long before taking a break.
2. I don't like that my lips and teeth hurt from gripping the mouthpiece after not playing very long. I have to switch to my McCallum blackwood chanter to overcome these issues...but have to put up with sqweaks and out of tunie high notes
